Aishling Jordan

I am a Pilates Foundation Teacher.

Growing up in Ireland, I was a member of Clonliffe Harriers Athletics Club, where my enthusiasm for sport was nourished. This lead to my career as a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and since 2007 a Pilates Teacher.

In 2011, I moved to North Yorkshire and haven’t looked back! I now teach small group Pilates classes and one to one sessions in Harrogate. I am committed to providing the highest standard of teaching and believe in enjoyable, challenging and achievable exercises that help strengthen the body and mind.

Pilates is for men and woman of all ages and levels of fitness. It works the entire body, focussing on the core postural muscles (stomach and back) and incorporates these into all of its exercises. The body is therefore always balanced and protected. Exercises are slow and controlled and range from easy to extremely difficult.
